~ Everyone is unique and on their own journey and a therapeutic relationship is just as unique and should work for you as an individual. You are encouraged to seek out a therapeutic relationship that will be the best fit for you and your individual needs.~
While I have been trained clinically and can offer a solid foundation of many traditional therapeutic modalities one would expect from a psychotherapist, I generally work from an eclectic perspective by drawing from a variety of modalities and interventions and try to meet the client where they are at.
Common modalities I draw from include CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, Psychodynamic, and Jungian therapeutic modalities. I also do dream work, am certified in hypnotherapy and offer KAP or, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and integration work.
In addition to individual psychotherapy, Diane provides supervision, consultation and assessment for anyone seeking to get guidance around appropriate support and levels of care for more severe mood or eating disorders.
My office hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, (Wednesdays Teletherapy only) and Thursdays. I generally see individuals and couples ages 15 and up.
